These terms of service govern the use of the beaugrain.com website, published by BEAUGRAIN. They supplement the Terms and conditions of sale applicable to any order.

1. Acceptance of terms

Access to and use of beaugrain.com implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Access to the site

The site is accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance, updates or events of force majeure. BEAUGRAIN cannot be held liable for any interruption of service.

3. Customer account

Purchases on beaugrain.com can be made as a guest or via a customer account. The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities carried out from their account.

The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Any account created with false or stolen information may be suspended or deleted without notice.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, graphic design, source code) is the exclusive property of BEAUGRAIN or its partners and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, is strictly forbidden and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

5. Prohibited behaviour

The user undertakes not to:

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after any attempt at amicable resolution has failed, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
