All orders placed on beaugrain.com are delivered in a controlled cold chain by Chronofresh, the refrigerated delivery service of Chronopost.
Delivery times
- Next-day delivery before 1 PM for any order placed between Sunday and Thursday.
- No delivery on Mondays.
- A notification by e-mail and SMS is sent the day before the delivery day.
- The parcel is delivered to the address given when ordering, against signature or secure drop-off.
Areas served
We deliver in mainland France and to Monaco.
No delivery to French overseas territories, Corsica or internationally.

Order tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed over to Chronofresh, a tracking number is sent to you by e-mail. You can follow your delivery in real time on the Chronopost website.
Receipt and conformity
Upon receipt, please check the condition of the parcel and the conformity of the products. In case of an issue (missing, damaged or non-conforming product), contact us at contact@beaugrain.com within 24 hours of delivery, attaching photographs and your order number.

Returns
In accordance with article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, fresh food products do not qualify for the right of withdrawal. No product return can therefore be accepted outside of the non-conformity cases described above.
